100% WU at all levels and 80% staff, members and women register to participate in the Emulation Movement of “Women Study actively, work innovatively and build happy family”; over 70% of the poor households headed by women will be supported by the Women’s Union; each district/commune make effort to eradicate at least 1-2 dilapidated thatched houses of the poor women householders; increase 10% of the loan fund for the poor women to develop their family’s businesses and increase 6% membership attraction rate in compare to those in 2006; eliminate illiteracy for 100% Presidents and Vice Presidents of Women’s Union at the grassroots; more than 95% Women’s Union at grassroots level have key members; 100% WU at grassroots level effectively carry out activities involving law-making and supervising the implementation of laws and policies; 100% WU at districts and communes levels and Women’s affairs sessions in the army, polices and trade union have programs in celebration of the X ^th Vietnam Women’s National Congress ..
