Seminar discusses prevention of trafficking in women and children

 At the seminar, delegates focused o­n discussing the major components of the anti-human trafficking law and international cooperation in preventing human trafficking across borders.

Duong Thi Xuan, member of the Presidium and head of the legal policy department under the Vietnam Women’s Union’s Central Committee, said that the seminar aims to devise solutions to prevent human trafficking by disseminating information o­n the law and supporting job creation.

The event was organised by the Vietnam Women’s Union’s Central Committee.
