In recent time, the Women’s Union at all levels has conducted many programs, activities to accompany with women in realizing their start-up dream in the context of Covid-19 pandemic outbreak.

On April 23, 2021, the delegation of TYM’s Board of Directors led by Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Women’s Union (VWU) cum Chairwoman of TYM’s Board of Directors Do Thi Thu Thao visited the branch of Nghi Loc, Nghe An and directed activities to support women and children of TYM in the district of Nghi Loc.

The online training "Vietnamese women are confident in doing business" held by Google’s Women Will, Unilever under the sponsorship of the Vietnam Women's Union (VWU) is a one of the practical activities providing Vietnamese women with knowledge and application of science and technology advances in the digital age, creating opportunities for women members to enhance their capability for business start-up, aiming to support 1 million Vietnamese women in doing business by 2025.

Officially launched in mid -February 2021, the Women’s Start-up Contest in 2021 continues to provide a playground for women to demonstrate their capabilities and roles.

The business start-up of women has been challenging. In the past years, implementing the Program "Supporting women business start-up in 2017-2025 period”, the Women's Union at all levels have supported constantly women overcoming barriers to do their business successfully.
