11 tenures – 1,038 National Assembly Women Deputies
60 years (1946 – 2006) of the National Assembly experienced 11 tenures. 1,038 women deputies elected to the National Assembly (accounted for 21.4%). -
WUs of cities/provinces actively participate in the NA’s election
According to the report from these missions, the representation of female candidates in some cities/provinces reaches the high rate. Their educational level is also higher comparing to previous terms (most of them are university and post-university graduates); many women including ethnic women hold leading position of agencies in different fields.
