Combination of photos and paintings on display

Painter Nguyen Phep had the idea of the paintings just after he met his old friend, photographer Le Thi Phuoc, who owns thousands of pictures on children. She has followed the career for 20 years.
Having known that she had been bearing an incurable disease, she wanted to organise her last exhibition to display thousands of “angels” taken by herself. After thinking for many days and nights, Nguyen Phep decided to conjoin pictures into paintings. The two artists have spent nearly one year on the work.
The series consist of 8 paintings. Among them, there are seven paintings with the size of 1.4 metres x 2,5 metres each, “Children of the Fairy and the Dragon”, “The Happiness”, “Mother’s Heart”, “The Couples”, “Vietnamese Mother”, “The North-The Central and The South” and “The Swings”. Each painting was made with 3,000 photos of children.
