Dear Comrade Ha Thi Nga!

On behalf of the Government of Saint-Petersburg and residents of our city, I congratulate you and all members of the Vietnam Women's Union led by you on the anniversary of the founding. The Union is known as a force that united Vietnamese women under the leadership of the Party to fight for people's power against colonialism and imperialism, for the restoration of Vietnam and its further development.

During its operation, the union has empowered and ensured equal status of women in the country.

We look forward to host you in St. Petersburg to visit together the monument to the first President of Vietnam Ho Chi Minh, inaugurated on June 30, 2023 with the participation of the Governor of St. Petersburg A.D. Beglov and member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Department Nguyen Van Nen, and pay tribute to the Vietnamese national leader.

On this important day I wish you and the members of the union good health, personal happiness, attention and support from the male half, further labor successes!
