CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE TO THE VIETNAMESE WOMEN’S UNION, o­n THE OCCASION OF THEIR 12^TH NATIONAL WOMEN’S CONGRESS FROM GILL LEVER, PRESIDENT OF HANOI INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S CLUB

 On behalf of the Hanoi International Women’s Club, I extend our congratulations to the Vietnamese Women’s Union (VWU) o­n the eve of their 12th National Women’s Congress. We admire the VWU for being well organised and mobilizing thousands of o­ngoing socially beneficial activities, especially at grass roots level. We enjoy a special mutually supportive relationship, formed through our common aim to empower disadvantaged women and girls in Vietnam, with the purpose of improving their lives and futures.  We look forward to continuing our warm friendship in the years to come
