Games held in Germany to celebrate Vietnam’s reunification day
The Germany-Vietnam Friendship Association of Saxony-Anhalt State in Germany on April 16 organised table tennis and chess tournaments with the participation of Berlin sports team and around 200 guests, athletes and people from the State.
Speaking at the opening of the sports programme held to anticipate the anniversary of the Hung Kings' death and the 31st anniversary of the liberation of southern Vietnam and national reunification (April 30), Chu Van Thuyen, Head of Gardelegen city's association, said the events helped promote mutual understanding among people across the state.
