She was also in charge of training programs for SMEs. Before she deals with the above-mentioned task, she was responsible for APEC affairs. She joined the APEC SME Ministerial Meeting in 1995, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2001. She also jointed the Mexico APEC Women Ministerial Meeting in 2002.
