The Cambodian Women for Peace and Development send congratulations on the Occasion of April 30

Dear Excellency,
On behalf of the Cambodian Women for Peace and Development and on my own behalf, I would like to express my warmest congratulations to Her Excellency, President of the Vietnam Women's Union and the Vietnamese People on the 50th anniversary of the liberation of Southern Vietnam and national reunification.
The victory of April 30, 1975 is a proud history and a testament to the patriotic spirit, solidarity, strong will, courage and all-round sacrifice of the Party, Army and people of Vietnam in the cause of liberating and reunifying the motherland.
On this auspicious occasion, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the Party, State and people of Vietnam who have achieved great achievements over the past 50 years in maintaining peace, building and developing the nation to continuously progress in all fields and raising Vietnam's prestige to a higher level in the region and on the international stage. I firmly believe that under the leadership of the Communist Party and the Government, Vietnam will continue to achieve new achievements and take more vigorous steps towards achieving the goal of industrialization and modernization by 2030, the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
Cambodia-Vietnam relations are bound by strong traditional friendship and close cooperation in all fields, mutual assistance and support between the Party, State and people of Vietnam, especially in the cause of liberating the nation, the motherland and the people from the tragedy and devastation of the past war, which is an invaluable value in history.
On this honorable occasion, I would like to extend my best wishes to you. Madam, the women and all the Vietnamese people, for good health, happiness and further success in fulfilling your leadership role.
