1. Mai Nguyen Ngoc, born in 1981: Top Graduate of Faculty of Foreign Trade Economy, Ha Noi University of Foreign Trade; Best student of the course with the total average point of 9.15.

Achievements: Scholarship of Sumitomo Corporation in 2001, 2002 and 2003; scholarship of the Japanese Ministry of Science and Education in 2003-2004.

2. Nguyen Linh Lan, born in 1983: Top Graduate of Faculty of Informatics Measurement, Ha Noi Polytechnic University with the total average point of 9.0; Member of the Viet Nam's Communist Party.
