Vietnam Women’s Union joins efforts for COVID-19 prevention and control
On the afternoon of 17 February, the VWU and FrieslandCampina Company (Dutch Lady Brand) presented handwash and milk products worth of VND 330 million to women living in Son Loi commune, Binh Xuyen district, Vinh Phuc province. The commune has been placed under quarantine after the diagnosis of several cases of Covid-19 virus there. -

The business start-up of women has been challenging. In the past years, implementing the Program "Supporting women business start-up in 2017-2025 period”, the Women's Union at all levels have supported constantly women overcoming barriers to do their business successfully.
