After the meeting with VWU President Nguyen Thi Thanh Hoa, CWBD delegation participated in a workshop hosted by VWU to share information and experiences on women's issues and activities of respective organizations. The workshop was attended by CWBD delegates as well as VWU’s officials and leaders.
To conclude the workshop, VWU Vice President Nguyen Thi Thu Ha congratulated and appreciated the CWBD’s achievements in promoting women's status. She also hoped that in the near future the two women's organizations will strengthen their partnership through exchanging visits, information-sharing, collaborating conferences and seminars, and supporting each other in the overall goal of women’s empowerment. CWBD President thanked VWU for its initiative in organizing this workshop, in which meaningful and useful information was shared.
