National women’s basketball team prepares for int’l tournaments
Eighteen basketball players from the national women’s team will gather at National Sports Training Centre I on April 5 for further training under the guidance of two coaches Thai Dong and Pham Gian Tu.
Most of the team members competed at the 23rd SEA Games, except a new player – Nguyen Thi Hien, who is just 16 years old.
The team is gearing up for upcoming international tournaments, including the Asian U18 Championships and the Southeast Asian Championships.
