Viet Nam duo shines at aerobics World Cup

The Southeast Asian Games champions were in top form taking the gold. After the semi-finals, they were second among the 13 teams with 18.700 points.
In the final, the duo impressed the judges with a top performance to win with 19.700 points.
Ha and Dong were second at the Pre-World Games in Chinese Taipei last year.
The runners-up were Hungarians Zsolt Roik and Dora Lendvay and Chinese He Shijian and Huang Jinxuan, with 19.525 and 19.300 points, respectively.
Later, with Tien Phuong, who won gold at the World Youth Sport Aerobic tournament three years ago, the team impressed when placed second in the trio with 19.981 points. The Chinese trio of Tao Le, Yu Wei and Zhang Peng won.
In the individual section, Phuong ranked eighth in the men’s with 19.050 points while Phuong Thanh ranked 10th in the women’s with 17.600 points.
The results indicate Vietnamese Sport Aerobics can expect a top showing during the World Games on July 16-26 in Chinese Taipei and a regional tournament the following month.
A team is also likely to contest the Association of National Aerobic Champions International Aerobic Championships in
