Hung King’s death anniversary proposed as public holiday
The Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Culture and Information and the Ministry of Justice have agreed in principle to amend some points of the Labour Code, which will be discussed in the next session of the National Assembly, slated for May.
One of the issues in the inter-ministerial document is a proposal to select the death anniversary of Kings Hung (lunar March 10) as a public holiday, which reflects the aspirations of civil servants, as well as suits the trend of international integration.
