Large picture created in sand
A giant picture is on display at an exhibition of sand pictures - images created in sand between two sheets of glass - from April 23 to May 5 in Ho Chi Minh City.
The 120x45x5cm, 55kg picture, depicting Vietnamese people and landscapes, was created by the Van Thien Sa Company.
Following the show at the Youth Culture House, it will be displayed together with other Vietnamese recorders at the Dam Sen Water Park before being auctioned.
The money raised through the auction, which has a reserve price of VND30 million (US$1,887), will go to charity.
